"Trump plans to sell U.S. citizenship for 60 crore taka."

U.S. President Donald Trump has recently announced his plan to sell a "Gold Card" to wealthy foreign individuals for $5 million (approximately 60 crore taka), which would grant them permanent residency in the United States and pave the way for citizenship.

This new visa program is set to replace the existing EB-5 investor visa program. Under the EB-5 program, foreign investors could obtain a green card by investing a certain amount of money and creating jobs. However, the new "Gold Card" program increases the required investment to $5 million and provides wealthy individuals with the opportunity for permanent residency and citizenship in the U.S.

According to Trump, this program will make a significant contribution to the U.S. economy and help reduce federal debt. He also mentioned that wealthy individuals, including Russian oligarchs, would be able to use this program to enter the United States.

The new "Gold Card" program is expected to be launched within the next two weeks. However, details on how the process will be implemented and the specific requirements for applicants have not yet been disclosed.

Through this proposed policy, the Trump administration aims to attract wealthy and qualified individuals to the U.S., allowing them to contribute to the country's economic growth.
